Introducing Our Newest Coffees!

Ethiopian Natural Coffee

Ethiopian natural coffee is a sensory journey that encapsulates the rich heritage and diverse landscapes of its homeland. Grown in the lush highlands, often referred to as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopian beans are renowned for their distinct, complex flavors that mirror the vibrant culture and ancient traditions of the region.

The coffee is processed using the "natural" method, where cherries are dried with the fruit still intact, imbuing the beans with bold, fruity notes. As you sip, you may detect flavors ranging from bright blueberry and strawberry to floral jasmine or even subtle wine-like undertones, creating an intricate balance of sweetness and acidity.

The aroma is enchanting, filling the air with a fragrant bouquet of wildflowers and ripe fruit. With every cup, Ethiopian natural coffee offers a celebration of the land’s biodiversity and the careful, artisanal farming practices passed down through generations. It’s not just a drink; it’s a connection to centuries-old roots and the soul of a country that breathes coffee culture in its purest form.

Ethiopia Washed Coffee

Ethiopia Washed Coffee is a delightful and vibrant experience for the senses. As you sip, bright citrus notes burst forth, reminiscent of freshly peeled oranges or zesty lemon zest, providing a refreshing tang that dances on the palate. These lively citrus flavors are beautifully balanced by delicate tea-like nuances, offering a smooth, almost ethereal mouthfeel akin to sipping a fine, lightly steeped black tea. As the coffee unfolds, soft floral aromas bloom, evoking the fragrance of jasmine or wildflowers in the breeze, creating a harmonious and elegant finish. This coffee is a perfect blend of brightness, refinement, and complexity, offering an enchanting journey with each cup.

Guatemala Coffee

Guatemala coffee is renowned for its distinct flavor profile, and when combined with notes of almond, nougat, and clove, it creates a harmonious sensory experience. The coffee’s base offers bright acidity with vibrant citrus notes, typical of Guatemala's high-altitude farms. Almond adds a rich, nutty undertone, providing a creamy smoothness that balances the brightness. The hint of nougat infuses a sweet, buttery depth, reminiscent of caramelized sugar, enhancing the overall sweetness. Finally, clove introduces a subtle, warm spice, which gives the blend an exotic finish, rounding out the flavors with a gentle, aromatic complexity. The result is a layered and comforting cup that captures both the boldness and delicate intricacies of Guatemalan coffee.

Rwanda Coffee

Rwanda coffee, often known for its vibrant and complex flavor profiles, can embody the delightful essence of plum, cranberry, and tea.

Imagine a cup of Rwanda coffee that unfolds like a journey through an orchard and a tea garden. The rich, full-bodied flavor has a deep plum sweetness—mellow yet tart, reminiscent of ripe fruit picked at the height of the season. This is followed by bright, juicy notes of cranberry that add a lively, tangy pop, balancing the sweetness with a pleasant tartness that tingles the taste buds.

As the flavor lingers, it mellows into a refined, tea-like finish. The soft, delicate hints of black tea offer an elegant touch, grounding the fruitiness with subtle tannins and a clean, refreshing aftertaste. It's the kind of coffee that invites you to savor every sip, bringing a harmonious blend of natural sweetness, crisp acidity, and gentle warmth.

This trio of flavors—plum, cranberry, and tea—creates a symphony in the cup, reflecting the rich soil and high altitudes of Rwanda's coffee-growing regions.

Kenyan Coffee

Kenyan coffee is renowned for its vibrant and complex flavor profile, often offering a bright, juicy acidity that stands out among other coffee origins. A cup with notes of **blackberry, prune, and black** is truly a sensory experience.

The blackberry notes introduce a lively sweetness, with tart undertones reminiscent of ripe, sun-kissed berries bursting with flavor. This gives the coffee a juicy, refreshing quality, balancing its acidity and making each sip feel like a bite into fresh fruit.

The prune note brings depth and richness, adding a sweet, velvety layer that grounds the coffee. Prunes are naturally sweet but also earthy, contributing a smooth, dried fruit element that softens the sharpness of the berries and rounds out the flavor.

Finally, the black note, often referring to a subtle hint of dark chocolate or a smoky, roasted character, imparts a bold, slightly bitter backbone. This deep, robust quality harmonizes with the fruit-forward flavors, creating a well-rounded cup with a lasting, satisfying finish.

This unique combination of fruity and rich tones makes Kenyan coffee with blackberry, prune, and black notes a complex, balanced, and deeply satisfying brew, perfect for those who appreciate a vibrant yet smooth coffee experience.
